Q. How to enrol for the courses?

For logging into courses you first need to create an account on our site.  Once the account is created you can select the course you want to purchase and make an online payment. Once payment is confirmed you can login to the dashboard and click on My Courses. You will be directed to the course page and you can start your learning journey.

Q. I am trying to make payment but it is getting failed?

We have 2 payment gateways installed on our website.

  1. CCavenue – For Indian Customers only
  2. Razorpay – For Indian as well as International Customers

We support multiple modes of payment like Debit Card, Credit Card, Payment Wallets etc. You can try another mode if anyone is not successful. You can also reach out to us at sales@smartonlinecourse.org. Our sales team would be happy to help you.

Q. I have logged into the online course but I am facing problem in viewing the course?

Some users may face problems in accessing courses in Google Chrome due to a bug. Please use Mozilla Firefox Browser to access the course. You can download the browser from this link https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/

Q. I have queries on the course I am undergoing. How to connect?

Please send a mail to support@smartonlinecourse.org. Our team shall respond at the earliest opportunity.

Q. My friends also want to enrol in course that I am undergoing. Do I get any credit for referring the course to my friend?

Yes, we have a referral program. We issue discount vouchers for successful referrals. You can use this voucher to enroll in any course in the future.

Q. How do I know about certification of courses?

In our platform, we have multiple courses having different certifications. Please view course details to understand certification partners.
